Description
General PurposeIs responsible for product/feature/application planning and/or specification over it's life-cycle. Interprets and communicates market and customer needs to product programs/product line. Main Responsibility AreaEnsures product competitiveness and customer (direct and indirect) attractiveness. Is responsible for product offer uniqueness and innovativeness and is measured on customer relevance/benefit. Is responsible and measured for product offers' performance in benchmarks compared to target. Is responsible for proactively managing customer (direct and indirect) needs and expectations. Shares expertise and best practice within their competence area. ScopeIndividual Contributor¤ Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. Can develop and implement recommendations. ¤ Managerial/Supervisory¤ Direct supervisory responsibilities for people. Typically lowest level of Solid Line Manager. Carries out variety of complex activities according to plan within broader area of responsibility, analyses problems. Decision making typically according to established solutions. ImpactImpact is short-term and usually departmental/project in scope. Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency of own and/or team achievements. Actions and errors can have program, project, functional impact.
Qualifications

Job Qualification
Degree in IT or a computer-related field
6 to 9 years of IT experience with atleast 3 years of Product Management experience.
Key Skills:
Experienced and proven success as product manager
Good Knowledge of Java and J2EE ased developments, Knowledge of RDBS
Excellent collaboration skills and experience in working in cross cultural international business
Has knowledge of Agile and scrum mode of project development
Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, motivational and leadership skills
Stress tolerance, highly reliable, able to balance conflicting requirements and respond flexibly to changing priorities and timelines
Able to work on own initiative, needs only general direction
Skilled at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
The jobholder is an experienced Product Manager who will:
Define roadmap and release plan by considering inputs from customers, team and other stakeholders
Provide detailed specifications to R&D team on requirements and roadmaps including business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Interact with Architects, Ux Designer, Project Managers and project teams for planning and execution
Responsible for defining the high level/technical requirements priority
Join the sprint planning meeting for requirements articulation and review meeting to evaluate the product deliverables
Able to define sprint acceptance criteria and measure the sprint success based on commitment and deliverables
Responsible for generating high quality document for the product by assessing and inputing the requirements.
Suggest improvements and bring innovations in the product domain responsible for
Ensure fluent communication with all the related parties and stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and changes in the product. Make the customers are highly satisfied with the quality and time of deliveries.
Collobrate with product managers within the program team and Nokia.
