Job Summary: This role will be responsible for our Retail business in assigned territory/Region. The incumbent will have responsibilities for both acquisition and relationship with our Retail partners. The Retail business plan also includes engaging small System Integrators.
This is a strategic initiative for Dell in India for growth of Consumer business.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for Retail partner acquisition and expansion.
Responsible for penetration of Retail partnerships in the assigned region.
Will also hold responsibility for partnerships with small System Integrators in the region.
Will be responsible for Store Turnover and profitability, Functioning of the franchisee's and support on demand generation activities.
Will also be responsible for Franchisee delivery in terms of Customer Satisfaction and Purchase experience.
Will be measured on both Spread and Volume of Sales (topline and bottomline) across the region.
Will need to work closely with Marketing Teams and Retail support team in ensuring business goals are achieved.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience of about 6-10 years of Sales (including Channel Engagement) from one of the IT companies
Preferably from the IT hardware / Software industry and not from Distributor / Channel Partners
Management Graduate or equivalent preferred.
Will be based out of Del/Bom/Cal/Blr but will need to travel extensively in the region.
