The Search Programs Consultant will drive improvements on dell.com site search through site & content optimization, establishing & managing globally processes to treat high impacts searches, deployment of IT technology, management of weekly reporting/search logs and improved coordination with the regional and segment marketing teams. This role will include the following responsibilities:
Interfaces with marketing teams across the regions and product groups to identify key marketing programs; ensures those key terms show up in search results
Oversees the recommended links and search ranking levers for dell.com search
Integrates paid search terms/landing pages for dell.com search as appropriate
Works with editorial team to ensure that product content includes relevant keywords and site taxonomy / category structure is defined correctly
Recommends content optimization for search for most popular keywords and most popular/strategic content pages
Manages top search misses and rectifies or provides requirements for technology enhancements to solve
Evaluates search customer feedback and drives towards solutions
Works with the search IA specialist to identify new marketing terms/content that need to be added to the hierarchy

Online merchandising experience
2-3 years search and/or online experience;
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
